Please read these terms carefully before using Beatexam

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Beatexam ("Platform", "Website") operated by Beatexam Team. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, taking a quiz, or accessing any feature of Beatexam, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

Beatexam is intended for students in Classes 6 through 12 and competitive exam aspirants. Users under 13 years of age must have parental consent. By using this platform, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 11 years old, or using it with parental supervision
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
  • All information you provide is accurate and truthful

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your password
  • Not share your account credentials with others
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Use of the Platform

You agree to use Beatexam only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute quiz questions or content without permission
  • Attempt to manipulate quiz results or leaderboard scores
  • Use bots, scripts, or automation to take quizzes
  • Upload or share any harmful, offensive, or illegal content
  • Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform
  • Create multiple accounts to gain unfair leaderboard advantages
  • Impersonate any person or entity

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Beatexam, including but not limited to quiz questions, website design, logo, graphics, and text, is the intellectual property of Beatexam or its content providers. You may not:

  • Reproduce or republish content without written permission
  • Use our brand name or logo without authorization
  • Create derivative works based on our content

NCERT textbook content is used for educational purposes under fair use provisions.

6. Free Service & No Warranty

Beatexam provides its services free of charge. The platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

  • 100% accuracy of all quiz questions at all times
  • Uninterrupted availability of the platform
  • That the platform will be error-free

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Beatexam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed ₹100 (Indian Rupees One Hundred).

8. Scores and Leaderboard

Quiz scores stored on the leaderboard are for motivational purposes only. Beatexam does not certify, endorse, or validate scores for official academic or professional purposes. We reserve the right to remove fraudulent or manipulated scores.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the platform at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we deem harmful to the platform or its users.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India. We encourage users to resolve disputes amicably by contacting our support team first.
